How we work with authors at Varietex
We turn real experiences into books that leave a mark
At Varietex, we don't publish fiction. We publish lived experiences.
And we do so alongside the true protagonists: public service professionals who, for the first time, dare to tell their story.
If you're thinking about writing your testimonial, here's how we work with you step by step.
1. We listen to your story, not your resume
We are not looking for professional writers.
We're looking for real people: Civil Guards, police officers, healthcare workers, military personnel, firefighters, emergency technicians, candidates for public examinations...
Your story matters more to us than your style. The first step is listening to you.
A call, a conversation or a message can start a book.
2. We accompany you from scratch
Most of our authors had never written a book before .
Don't worry about form: we help you organize ideas, structure, tone, and narrative.
You can write it yourself, dictate it in voice notes, or tell it and have us transcribe it with you.
Every author has their own process. We adapt.
3. You write without pressure
We don't demand impossible deadlines or uncomfortable commitments.
We want the book to come out when you feel it's ready .
During the process you can count on:
-
Editorial support
-
Respectful correction (we do not touch your essence)
-
Narrative orientation
4. We take care of the rest
Once your manuscript is finished, the Varietex team gets to work:
-
Edition
-
Professional layout
-
Cover design
-
Digital publication
-
Promotion on networks and the web
-
Inclusion in our official catalogue
All with credit in your name or with the anonymity you decide.
5. You will always be part of Varietex
We're not just another publishing house. We want to build a community of authors united by respect, truth, and service.
Your book won't be just another one: it will be part of a larger publishing mission.
We'll keep you informed, share statistics, and are always available for whatever you need.
Do you want to publish with us?
If you've experienced something worth telling—and you don't know where to start—write to us.
You don't have to be a writer, just be brave.
