JULY ARRIVES WITH NEWS: NEW BOOKS, LATIN AMERICA, AND THE BIRTH OF VXNOTICIAS
July won't be just another month for Varietex Media Group . After a first half of consolidation, editorial reorganization, and new approaches, this month marks a turning point. New publications, international expansion, and the launch of a new media outlet will mark the agenda.
Below, we share what's coming this month:
NEW PUBLICATIONS: REAL, CRITICAL, AND CONSCIOUS STORIES
Three previously unpublished titles focusing on social, migration, and border issues will be released in July. All of them will be available digitally in the Varietex.es store and are part of the new editorial approach that prioritizes civil testimony, hidden conflict, and unofficial truth .
These works will be the first of new thematic collections that will be developed throughout the second half of the year: from "Borders and Migration" to "Social Narrative and Marginalization," including Latin American narratives and non-institutional memories.
CAMPAIGN: “THE OPEN VEIN FOR AMERICA”
July also marks the start of a special campaign targeting readers in Latin America , where the publisher is expanding its presence through new channels, targeted social media, and partnerships with independent authors from Colombia, Mexico, Chile, and Argentina.
The goal: to build an editorial bridge between the realities of the global south, without filters or labels , publishing hard but necessary stories.
NEXT RELEASE: VXNOTICIAS
In parallel, July will be the month in which the development of VXNoticias , the new news outlet of Varietex Media Group, is finalized.
It will be a space dedicated to health, defense and security issues, but addressed from a civil, critical perspective and removed from the official narrative .
It won't be a conventional news outlet. It will be a place where forgotten voices speak, where numbers have faces, and where information has memory.
The official launch is planned for late summer, but previews, editorial structure, and the first pilot content exclusive to subscribers will be revealed throughout July.
WHAT COMES NEXT?
July is just the beginning. New collections will arrive in August, along with an exclusive micro-documentary , and in September, Héctor Ortega's long-awaited autobiographical book , which will open a direct line between author and reader.
